Today marks 26 years with an amazing beautiful woman. Kori Green has given me so much love, patience, and not to mention these kids. They have a mother who has brought compassion, confidence, and forward vision to their lives. You have given me all of the above… and just enough middle fingers over the years to keep me in line when needed

There are times in life when a simple statement doesn’t feel like enough. This weekend, we lost our Gus in a sudden accident, and our hearts are broken. Gus was our stage manager, but he was so much more than that. He was a true and great friend.
I’ll never understand all the twists and turns in life that put people’s paths together. I’m not sure if we were looking for him or if he was looking for us. But we found each other, thank God. What lucky souls we are to have spent so much time with him.
He filled up all the “in-between” moments, both at home and on the road. It’s hard to describe the finer parts of life he brought to the table. Excited and nervous came with the package. Gentle to the core, but he had your back. Sunglasses didn’t make him look cool… he made sunglasses look cool. The genuine article. One of one.
Every room was brighter with him in it. Seriously, ask anybody. He would do anything for you, find whatever you lost or were looking for. I am not exaggerating; he was the best.
To his family and loved ones, I pray that peace will find you, and all in this world who have lost someone as dear as a person like Gus.
He belonged to all of us, our guy, the great happiness. In reality, friends, we were all his.
